I'm very excited to release this song. It's a slower pace and has a more vulnerable message than some of my previous songs. I wrote it with Don Ellis Gatlin (we also co-wrote "We're Not Even Drinking" and "It's A Matter Of When") the song crosses over to pop while the steel guitar keeps it firmly grounded in country music.
About the song: Locked in the vicious cycle of being unable to break away from that one toxic relationship. You know it's wrong for you, but you keep going back, over and over again... The swirling soundscape of crying pedal steel draws you in and leaves you feeling the broken heart depicted in this song.
