Facebook doesn't like me. As I mentioned earlier this year, the backed (Meta Business Suite) of my Facebook Artist Page got hacked and resulted in me losing access to the page and eventually the entire page disappeared. I'm sure most of you know there really is no way to get a hold of Facebook to try and get help with these kinds of things. I shrugged it off, cut my losses and moved on. I figured, oh well, I can use my personal page out of necessity, but primarily focus on Instagram and X. It's no secret I haven't been posting much, and have been taking a break from all things "promotional" anyway. This week, my husband Ray told me he couldn't tag me on Facebook. I logged in to find my personal profile now had been deactivated due to not following "community standards". I have NO idea what I did to go against them, and they don't tell you. There is an appeal process where you verify your identity, however, which was quickly denied. Reluctantly I decided to try and create a new account, and this account was immediately denied. So here I am with with no way to access Facebook, and no way to appeal or reach out and try to get help. I wanted to make sure I communicated this in whatever way possible. I did not choose to get off Facebook (although now I might be hesitant to get back on). I did not block any of you. I will post any changes on this website and instagram.
